Management Change at BE-Combi Systems

As of 1 January 2026, a change in the management structure has taken place at BE-Combi Systems. As of this date, Stef Slotboom has been appointed Managing Director. At the same time, Niek Slotboom will step down from the management team after more than eight and a half years of active leadership.

New management team
In the coming period, Niek Slotboom will, in his new role as Ambassador, carefully transfer his remaining responsibilities to the management team. As of 1 July 2026, he will officially step back from his active role within BE-Combi. However, he will remain closely connected to the organisation as a shareholder.

The new management team of BE-Combi Group B.V. consists of Stef Slotboom as Managing Director, Henk-Jan Uittenbogerd as Technical Director and Paul Wilms as Financial Director.

Developments
BE-Combi has developed strongly in recent years. The company now focuses almost entirely on the 3500PLUS System, which is successfully sold in key markets across Europe. In addition, BE-Combi holds European type approvals and official OEM approvals from all leading vehicle manufacturers for virtually all variants of the PLUS System.

Thanks to these approvals, the PLUS System offers an effective solution to current challenges in the logistics sector, such as the persistent driver shortage, the lack of a full-fledged alternative to the 7.5-ton truck segment, and the limited payload capacity within the light commercial vehicle segment.

The BE-Combi concept has now secured a strong position within logistics services and is widely used by major private carriers both domestically and internationally. For several renowned companies, the concept forms an essential part of their daily operations.

The growing awareness and acceptance of the BE concept has led to increasing interest from the industry. As a result, BE-Combi collaborates with a broad network of leading professional partners in the Netherlands and abroad.
